Marc's Story
After High School I went into the Army in August 1987, and spent 3 years stationed in Mainz, Germany.. I got out in August of 1990, started school at Bismarck State College and was recalled to active duty in December of 1990 for Operation Desert Storm. After coming home I stayed in the North Dakota National Guard and got out for good in 2000 as a Staff Sergeant. I finished at BSC in 1993, moved to Fargo and got my Bachelors Degree at NDSU in 1996. olice officer. In 2006 I left law enforcement and moved into the private sector. For the next 8 years I worked as a Public Safety supervisor at MSUM in Moorhead, MN. In 2011 I went back to school (on-line) and got my Master's Degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. In February of 2015 I started working for the FDA as a Compliance Inspector. It keeps me busy but I'm one of the lucky few people who can honestly say they truly love their job. I've lived in West Fargo since 2000 and have been married for 25 years. I have three kids, Jerrod (25), Maggie (23) and Aaron (17),
