Marc's Story
Life
Currently a chef's apprentice at the Balsam's Hotel in Dixville Notch, New hampshire. Have worked in four and five star resorts accross the United States, including;
John's Island Club, Vero Beach, Florida
the Cloister, Sea Island, Georgia
the Lodge at Sea Island, St. Simon's Island, Georgia
the American Club, Kohler, Wisconsin
the Ahwanee, Yosemite National Park, California
the Balsam's Grand Resort Hotel, Dixville Notch, New Hampshire
Kingsmill Resort, Williamsburg, Virginina
I will be at the Balsam's for one more season, ending in October. After that time, I will be returning to Switzerland for a job next year. I have travelled to Europe three times, and have visited the following countries;

Finland, Russia (twice), Switzerland, France, England (Channel Island of Guernsey,) Liechtenstein, Germany, Bosnia i Herzegovina, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, Grand Caymon Island.
Well, my travels contiunue, and I hope they forever will (until I decide to settle down.) I am greatful for the opportunities life has afforded me, even if I never become rich or famous.
I hope all is well with everyone I went to school with. Unfortunatley I have recieved the news of five of my friends dying already in life. Mostly in not so good ways. It reminds us that we must be grateful for everyday that passes by, and cherish the hours we have with one another.
