Marci's Story
Hey, I was one of the strange kids who decided to cut life short and marry at 16. So that lasted 17 years and I had 6 great kids and lots of learning experiences. I've lived in Pocatello, ID, Minot, ND, Albuquerque, Ruidoso, & Santa Fe, NM and St. George & Richfield, Ut. I'm married to Fred Zwygart and we have a small farm in Elsinore, Ut. I work at a residential home for the elderly. I have been going to college and took a break to take care of grandkids. Just haven't gotten back to school. I am an artist and a writer. I love nature and the mountains. I have lots of memories of San Jose, Solomon and Safford. I left there at 19 and went back for our 20th reunion and will be coming back in the next couple of months with my mom. I am an artist and a writer. I have some children's books that I will be marketing this next year. Also I want to write a biography of my great-grandfather who came to Utah and Arizona from Spain. He lived in Colonia Chuichupa and knew Pancho Villa. I'd love to e-mail anyone who would like correspond with me. Marci
P.S. I am going through the empty nest deal and have been for about 2 years. It's a hard place to be for a person who started watching her siblings when she was very young (7 of them eventually) then marrying young, having 6 kids of my own p...Expand for more
lus all the neighborhood kids over. I babysat and did pre-school in my home, etc. I've been a sub-teacher, a art teacher assistant, worked at a newspaper as one of the graphic artist team, worked at a spa as a switchboard operator, and etc etc etc. I am now going to open a barter-business and a farm and do a lot of other stuff I never had time for. I want the next 50 to be the best 50. I know all the things not to do and can make better choices this time round so that life is going my way and I am going with it not running for my life ahead of it.I am officially declaring my grownup status at 51. Yes I do tell my age. I am proud to have survived the last 50. I had a lot of great help. Namely, Bob Reedy, and Fred Zwygart, they taught me how to love unconditionally. I have always wanted to put conditions on my love with spouse but not with kids. That is a hard spot for a spouse to be in. Sorry Men. Thanks to my family and especially my kids. Bob's mom is ill and I will miss her desperately when she is no longer here. My mom was a nurse and taught me how to give comfort to those in physical pain and get a reserve of strength in serving others. Both of my mothers have taught me how to deal with painful things in life and stay on top. Thanks everyone who has touched my life. Marci
