Marcia's Story
Life
Wow. What do I say. I am mom to 5 and a grandma. I have 13 of the greatest grandkids! Ranging from 13 to 2. I have 2 more due this year. I work as an office manager. Would LOVE to find something that I could do from home. We bought a home in Edgewood in 2004 and we just love it. We have a golden retriever that is a sweetheart. Love riding our Harley. I am really into crafts. Sewing since forever, crochet, scrapbooking is the newest craft, but I love them all. Crocheting gifts all the time and wish I had more time to sew which I used to do all the time! Have some wonderful memories of our school years. Back when it WAS fun to be in school! Rick Dubigk, what a good friend he was. Miss you, my Neighbor Hood! (lol) Neat memories of the Y Dances, Tri Hi Y and other fun activities ...Expand for more
that we were active in. To some extent I will always be the gal with the head in the clouds and rose colored glasses. I loved our school and the days when School Spirit was alive!! Remember how full the stands were at Civic Field and the gymnasium for our football and basketball games? Remember the days of triple digit game scores in BBall? I know that Bernie's record was broken but that was before the day of the 3 point shot! He will truly always hold that record! Sad that we had to be the class that took the brunt of the levy failing, but we did survive! I really haven't traveled much but that would be my dream. I still have the Grand Canyon on my list of things to do. Can scratch off the ride on the Harley! That is one of our favorite things! We love riding on our "Green Hornet".
