Hello, Well . . . the journey during past many years was filled with wonderful moments and travels. Here are some brief highlights of the journey. After graduating from Lynwood High I attended Cal State University at Long Beach (CSULB) on an athletic scholarship for college wrestling majoring in Zoology/Chemistry. At the end of the 3rd year of college I joined the Army (Yes, that's right "joined" - during the Vietnam War) and was trained as a surgeon's assistant and in-flight paramedic (Helicopters? Yes, indeed.), eventually assigned to an Army hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. That was luck! The Rocky Mountains of Colorado are beautiful anytime of the year. After completing the required time in the Army I moved to Fort Collins, Colo. for work as a research associate and instructor teaching surgical techniques at Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Eventually the funding for the surgical programs were canceled and I took the opportunity to travel and explore the world, eventually returning to Denver to study and change career direction as a Financial ...Expand for more
