Margaret's Story
Life
After graduation from High School in 1939 I went to Oklahoma College for Women at Chickasha, Okla. I met my future husband, Pat Hinson who was in cadet primary training there. After 3 years of college,my roommate, Mary Reed and I went to Washington, D.C. Pat returned from North Africa and we were married Dec. 19, 1943...had three children and we traveled with Pat all over the world. Two of our three children graduated from coll...Expand for more
ege and the third one is a legal secretary in Dallas. We have five great grandchildren. Pat retired from the AF and we moved to Austin, Tx. He died nearly four years ago and I recently sold our home and moved into an apartment. My brother, Charles, lives in Okla. City and he keeps in touch with ole friends in McAlester. I am looking forward to hearing from some of my old friends and renewing old remembrances. Marge Griffith Hinson .
