Margaret's Story
After high school, I continued my education at Simcoe Business College. I worked in accounting until my marriage. We moved from Cayuga to Oshawa due to my husband's job in 1969. For approximately 14 years, I was a stay at home mom and kept busy raising 3 daughters and doing volunteer work. I returned to the workforce...Expand for more
and for 22 years worked as a purchasing supervisor for a printing company. I am now retired, doing volunteer work, travelling and spending time at our cottage in Haliburton. Our daughters all live close to us. We have 2 grandaughters and 2 grandsons and are blessed with a wonderful family..life has been and is good.
