Maria's Story
I was born in NY and lived in Brooklyn until the summer of 75. Lived on Wierfield St & then on Halsey St all between Irving & Knickerbocker Ave. In June 1975 going onto the 7th grade we moved to Puerto Rico. I went to PS 151 for Kindergarten, then during my elementary school years I went to St. Martin of Tours school on the corner of Weirfield St. & Knickerbocker Ave, Brooklyn. recently closed for good on June 2010. Broke my heart. Would love to reconnect with some of my childhood friends. I remember: Jackeline, Iris, Charles, Scott, Cathy, Desiree, Rita, Hector, Victor, Lance among others. Some great memories. I now live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with my husband & have 2 beautiful Daughters now grown up.
