Maria's Story
Life
I have 2 wonderful children 21 and 14 yrs old. My oldest is married with a new baby. Yes I am a grandmother, my youngest is currently attendeing a prepertory boarding school in CT, on an academic scholarship. I am currently enjoying the quite nights for now.
School
I attended P.S. 147 in Williamsburg,Brooklyn, and W.C. Bryant High School in LIC, after 10 yrs I decided to go back to school and attended Boricua College, and graduated ...Expand for more
with a B.S. in Childhood Education in 2002. My best times in school was while I attened Boricua College, I made some wonderful friends during my time there.
Workplace
I am currently a Pre-school teacher in Rego Park, NY. I teach children with special needs, however my classroom consists of a mixture of students, which is an intergrated program. I really enjoy my current classroom placement and have two very wonderful TA's that assist me.
