Maria's Story
I ended up as a lab tech worked at St. Mike's in Toronto then moved to Montreal in Feb'69 where I met my future husband. We married in '70, My first son was born a year later with a second son in '79. In '84 we sold up bought a yacht in the UK and went sailing ending up in S.Fl in 86. Lived there till 2005, sold up and relocated to GA. Citizen in '09, divorced in '14. I own a lovely house on 50 acres and am very happy with 2 kids, 3 grandkids, 3 cats and no man. My elder son lives in CA, Bay area, and works in computer grap...Expand for more
hics and his brother lives in Boulder County. and is in sales. I love to visit so have driven out in '14, '15 and to CO in '18 & '19. I just love to drive! Driving in the flyover states is the best but coming home is the best. Haven't been to Canada since my Mom died. I love northern Ontario where I went on a canoe trip in '07. I became very ill in '90. After recovery started cycling, swimming, running and did sprint tri's. Miss that.. can't cycle here due to back problem but have done centuries in FL, CA & GA. Miss my bike!
