Maricela's Story
I earned my BFA from Cal Poly, Pomona. My main focus was Fine Arts and Computer Graphics. I worked as a 3D Artist for television and computer games for a while and then transitioned to feature films.
I currently work as a creature modeler. I have built digital actors/stunt doubles and creatures for movies like Pirates of the Carribean, The Matrix sequels, Blade 2...Expand for more
, Men in Black 2, The Stepford Wives , League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Rise of the Silver Surfer. I recently worked on You Don't Mess With the Zohan.
In my spare time I collect trees and plants for my wildlife garden, knit, woodwork, collect culinary mushrooms and paint.
