Marie's Story
I went to Shiloh for 1st grade at 5 y/o, Forest Glade 2nd grade thru 6th, Mexia Jr High for 1/2 semester, then PT Enterprise for 1 1/2 yrs, then to Mexia High School for 4 yrs. I am now married, 2nd time. First time 20+ years , He was/is a great guy. 2nd time 18 years , great guy too. 2 children, and 3 step children. I grand-dtr, and 3 step grandchildren, one boy , 2 girls. - I live near/south of Dallas, but really do miss home...Expand for more
(Mexia).I have some family that still live there . A lot of my family have passed on now, and to go back to Mexia brings both happy and sad memories for me.
I became a Registered nurse in 1990 and retired 2008.
I read The Mexia News on the Internet to keep up with "home". I stay in touch by email with several classmates/friends.
I hope everyone who reads this message is happy and is doing well in their lives.
