Marie's Story
Life
After leaving Holy Family in 1968, I went on to graduate from Woonsocket High School in 1972. I worked as a payroll clerk for Narragansett Knitting for one year. In May of 1973 I gave birth to a son Joshua. In 1979 I married Wayne Robidoux and had two sons, Jared who was born in 1980 and Justin who was born in 1983. I was a mom and homemaker until 1986, when I became a school bus driver for the city of Woonsocket leaving that position eight years later. I returned to school in 1991 to become a licensed nail technician. In 1995 I became a self employed nail technician at Impulse Hair Salon in the Arcade in downtown Providence. School teacher. Rick has two sons Keith who is married and lives in Burriville and has two boys, Keith who is 7 years old and Mason who is 3years old. Kevin Rick's oldest son lives in Naples Florida. My oldest son Joshua is married to a wonderful woman named Charlene and they have three children Bianca who is thirteen, Brandon 2years old and Nathan 8 weeks. Jared and Justin share an apartment. Jared is yard manager for Koopman Lumber in Uxbridge MA. and Justin is a truck driver for NES(Northeast Enviromnetal Services) in Cumberland RI. I am now a self-employed nail technician and owner of two beauty retail lines at Irmgard's Salon and Spa. I have never been happier. I am very fortunate to still have both my parents.
