Marilyn's Story
After Riverview, I went to SLCC-Florissant Valley and graduated with an AAS in Business Admin., then on to UMSL where I graduated with a BSBA-Marketing. Worked for SLCC-FP in Financial Aid, SLCC-Adm. Center in Payroll. Married Bob in May 1987. Moved to London, England for 13 months in 1989-1990. Travelled to Paris, Amsterdam, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Switzerland, Andorra, Italy, Belgium while we lived there & of course, we travelled all over England. se a few months later. Had our daughter, Madi in Nov. 1998, quit my job in June 1999. Except for a few short-term part-time jobs, I haven't worked since then. We still travel and last summer took a 54 day trip (8,888 miles) around the Southwest, Pacific Coast & Northern Plains area. Visited about 20 National Parks & Historic Sites & Memorials while we toured 17 states! Got back home for a few days & took off for an 8-day trip to Hawaii. Have to been to 47 of the 50 states and hope to get to the last 3 (Vermont, South Carolina & North Dakota) before I am 50!
