I got married when I finished the Primary Specialist course at Toronto Teachers' College. I taught during the day and completed my Master of Education in Special Education during the evenings and summers. I had three children - two boys and a girl - all in four years. We spent a few years in Houston, Texas and then returned to Toronto. My husband and I have had the opportunity to travel extensively t...Expand for more
hrough his lecturing and we did a sabbatical in Brussels in 1987. I did assessments and placement of children who were experiencing difficulty in school. I have always participated in a wide variety of volunteer work. In my spare(?) time, I enjoy music, reading, cooking, hanging out with friends, travelling, knitting, cruising, participating in conferences, aerobics, yoga and being a grandmother to our eight grandkids. I rarely experience a dull moment and life has been good to me. I moved back to the Lawrence Park area about twenty years ago.
