Mark's Story
Life
Since High School I've worked at several minimum wage jobs, in a factory cleaning transformers, and as a teachers aid working with special education and juvenile detention students. I currently receive SSI, Medicade, and Medicare. I'm working as a Volunteer at the Beatrice Humane Society caring for dogs. My brother Brian is currently disabled and lives in Beatrice, Neb. My brother Terry is a maintenance supervisor for Hall ambulance in Bakersfield, CA. My youngest brother, Gary II, is unemployed and living in Oklahoma. I'm not the most sociable person but I'm working more on getting out of the house and meeting more people. Oh, and I don't care what so many philosophers say, getting old still sucks. :)
