Mark's Story
I grew up in Milwaukee, WI, attending St. Lucas Lutheran School and Milwaukee Trade and Technical High School. Joined the Air Force in 1992 and was station in Germany, South Korea, and Montana. Moved to Pennsylvania afterward (1997) and joined the PA Air National Guard while going to college. Married Rebecca in 1997. Graduated from college in 2001 with a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology.
After graduation, we moved to the Corning, NY area and I worked for Corning Incorporated for about four months before being laid off in October 2001. (I was discharged from the Air National Guard about ...Expand for more
two weeks before 9/11.) We then moved to the Rochester area and I worked for Harris Corporation (RF Communications Division) for more than five years as a Firmware Test Technician. Left Harris in 2007 and worked at IEC Electronics (contract electronics manufacturer) for a year as a Test Engineer. We then moved back to the Williamsport, PA area, and I am presently working for Primus Technologies (another contract electronics manufacturer) as a Test Engineer.
This is the dull, boring version of my life story. I'll have to embellish it sometime later, but don't really have time right now! 5/23/09.
