School
I had a reasonably good time at Campbell H.S. It was the only time during my years with my parents that we were in one place for more than three years. I went to Griffin Middle School for several months prior to H.S. and then spent all 4 (yes, only 4) H.S. years at Campbell.
I enjoyed most of the courses I took, but had a preference for science and social science courses. I completed the Army Jr. ROTC program, which convinced me to avoid the Army. I was also on the varsity marksmanship team.
Prior to Griffin M.S., I attended one of the worst junior highs in GA, and one of the worst one could imagine. It was Scott J.H.S. in Savannah. It was a cultural war zone. I learned little academically but much socially while there.
Before that, I attended various good and poor grade schools in Georgia and Kentucky.
