Life
I just returned from 15 months in Iraq- what a blast (literally)!! Me & the dog are nestled in on 6 acres just north of the hocking hills- looking for a few beef cattle to throw on the grill throughout the year. Back to work at Ohio State as a construction manager; the work never ends, so life is returning to normal.
4/24/06- I married Vikki Arnett on 4/14. I am now a stepdad to 13-year old Nick, assistant coaching baseball, and have 4 dogs and 3 barn cats. We're honeymooning in Hawaii in July. The new house is too small- we're looking at building on 33 acres in Sugar Grove, Ohio (closer drive for me to work than the curren...Expand for more
t hour and 10 minutes!). Counting the days till retirement from the military- not a day over 20 years.
6/1/08- We're living in Lancaster, Ohio now- on an acre next to a horse farm. The move was necessitated by the birth of Austin John (13 weeks early) on 1/23/07- needed a bigger house on less land! His hobbies now include working on tractors and stuff in the barn with Dad. Still have the 4 dogs. Vik's had the last of her ankle surgeries (car accident) and Nick's getting ready to drive. I'm a Senior Construction Manager at Ohio State (GO BUCKS) and also the Motor Sergeant for the 1194th Engineer Company (vertical) in Chillicothe.
