Life
moved to sacramento california in 1985....have far exceded my expectations in life..so i rekon it`s all gravy from here on out.i do not waste precious time on hating or begrudging anyone .not my job...the glass is always half full from my view.. Life is far to short to worry about problems of the past,i can not change them..just have to guard against repeating them..I live for the moment,here and now...it has taken me this far with very few regrets,very few indeed.

The weather is wonderful here in Sacramento and spring has sprung so i feel the need...Expand for more
for reflection,as if anyone would be interested but for those who are here it flies...The glass remains half full from my side of life.My marriage is entering it`s 15th year,my first and only.I am as in love today as ever before.My wife,born in Yokohama,Japan remains my staunchest ally.We share a bond and trust that i hope all that read this will come to realize. I have a few regrets in this life,things that sadden my heart.But i cannot and will not dwell on them.I am enjoying life and see no end to the happiness that life can offer,i hope i live forever. mark aaron jefferson
