Mark's Story
Life
life is good just now. I am a Boat Master with Western Ferries in Scotland. My wife is moving to Florida in November to be with her mom who is ill. Haven't been single in over 25 years!
School
I Loved minor high. Should have went to University of New Mexico on the engineering scholarship offer, but joined the US Navy instead! YUK!!!
College
Should have went. My 3 children all have degrees and loads of memori...Expand for more
es to go with them!
Workplace
Work is pretty stressful. Loads of hours and crazy shift patterns! But the money is pretty good!
Military
Joined in '78. Sub School, PE 'A' School, Missile Tech 'C' School then Nathan Hale, then TAK duty then Holy Loch Scotland then Instructor Duty at Bangor Washington, then back to Holy Loch for a 2nd tour. Then in '92 I got out on the VIS/SSB Program got around $72,000 for getting out.
