Mark's Story
Mark's schools include Northeast High School 79' (KC). Mark later attended North Greenville University 88' (A.S-Religion), Missouri Baptist University 90' (B.A-Religion), Covanent Theological Seminary 94' (M.Div), and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville 06' (MSE). Mark works at Missouri Baptist University as an Assistant Professor of Health and Sport Sciences (1992-Present), Mark still trains and teaches kung fu (1975-Present). Mark has three children, and five grandchildren.

ctor from 1996-2006 at which time he moved to full time instructor. He served as the Exercise Science Program Coordinator from 2007-2015 and lead the program to accreditation in 2009 and continued accreditation in 2014. In small universities, one wears many hats. Each has built a different part of my character to make me a better person.
One of Mark's favorite quotes is:""With hurricanes, tornado, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of bird flu and terrorist attacks, are we sure this is a good time to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance?" ~ Jay Leno".
