Mark's Story
A quick rundown of what has transpired:
Graduated from Del Norte High School in 1989. Went to Texas Tech for art school, but after a semester of flaky people I transferred to Electrical Engineering. I graduated from Tech with a BSEE in 1994. I then got my first job at Hicks & Ragland Engineering in Lubbock, TX, as a technical support engineer. I then moved on from there to a job with VoiceStream Wireless in Albuquerque in 1996. I have been here since, though the company name has changed to T-Mobile. I worked my way up from an engineer to the manager of the RF Engineering group for Albuquerque and El Paso, TX.
I got married in 2000 and Connie and I welcomed our first baby, Madison, in 2002 after ...Expand for more
several miscarriages (including one on September 10, 2001). We welcomed our son, Ethan, in 2006.
We're now working to live our lives in such extraordinary circumstances. Who knows what the future will bring. I hope it's good though.
I always wanted to be a computer graphics artist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
I rip a few guitar riffs or play golf. With two kids, the soccer days have ended. :(
If I won $100 million, I'd give most of it to the Alliance Defense Fund, then spend the rest on a new house, a new car and more guitars!.
At Tech, I lived in Sneed Hall and frequently drove everybody crazy with my very loud guitar.
