Mark's Story
Life
My wife, Meredith and I have been married going on two years,together for four. We met while working for Houston's Outdoor Education Center on Lake Livingston. I was leaving my post a program leader and going to work for Raytheon Polar Services in the Antartica but she did not like the idea of me being gone seven months out of the year. We moved to Carlisle PA in October of 2003.
I was working as a chef in Washington State and had a large catering job in the San Juan islands during the 10 year class reunion. I was really looking forward to coming home and seeing how everyone has changed or not. Most people from school probably wouldn't recognize me if they met me. n trail race with over 10,000 of elevation gain that you must complete in under 18 hours of running. Needless to say, I have dropped a few pounds since graduation day.(about a 120#)
Currently I am in between carreers after burning out in the culinary industry, and mindlessly spinning my wheels in retail management, mostly just paying the bills while Meredith(from PA) finishes her degrees.
If some of you remember me as the "photoguy" from High School, that still has not changed. I am working on an exhibit right now to be shown at regional galleries but had a major setback when a package of originals was delivered by UPS and stolen off my front porch. I was one angry man.
Ty Harvey is the only person that I keep in touch with from Daingerfield. He is the only one that I know lives nearby. NYC. MORE LATER
