Life
What I do and have done is build and run mortgage companies. I have also been a consultant to mortgage companies where I would come in and analyze their operations. I would report the strengths and potential changes for production improvement to the company's owners.

run a mortgage company and I have the knowledge. I come in and take an empty room or building and build a mortgage company and teach the partner everything that he needs to know in order to operate the company successfully. I would usually stick around for a year or two. The companies that I have built are still in operation today.
Prior to that, I was a Loan Officer and a Manager for a few years.
