Mark Allen:  

I am the owner of "Summersville Lake Marina, Inc." and Long Point Scuba, Inc. dba "Sarge's Dive Shop" with my brother, Eric Allen, which are located on Summersville Lake, Summersville, WV. I am a certified NAUI and SDI Scuba Instructor. I am also a certified ERDI Scuba Instructor and ERDI Instructor Trainer. I am an officer of our dive team which responds to water-related emergencies and drownings in our local lakes and rivers. I do a lot of landscape and nature photography. I also teach Photoshop to college students/adults from time to time. I taught life science, biology, astronomy, physics, physical science, and human anatomy & physiology for the Fayette County Board of Ed. and the New River Community & Technical College in Summersville, WV. I was awarded the "Presidential Award for Excellence In Science Teaching" by President Ronald Reagan in 1987; and, I was awarded the "1990 Ashland Oil Teacher Achievement Award" by W.V. Governor Gaston Caperton. My interests today are escatology, apologetics, photography, diving, and astrophotography.
