Life
Brief bio notes: Grade School through 9th grade in Shenandoah, IA (Central School). Beaver Dam Sr. High School '67 to '70. Helped with plays Sr. year. Sang with chorus. United Methodist Church. Pretty quiet. UW-Stevens Point BS '75. U Minn B Architecture '79. Work in Minneapolis metro in Architecture and Int. Design through '92. United Seminary of the Twin Cities M. Div. '94. Ordained to ministry in 1996. Church work part time and misc other through 2001. Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, Evanston, IL '01 to '06 for Ph.D. in worship. Married Tom Gilbert '73. Divorced '90. No kids. Partner Theresa Herman '92-'98. Single since. Not actively looking. I move too much and my work is more important to me right now.
I do construction (I bought, rehabbed and sold a house while getting my Ph.D.), drawing (a little), bicycle (gently), canoe, and study(read for knowledge and interest about the the future of the church). 1 cat (Demi is almost 18). Mysteries and CSI, Suduku, crosswords and solitaire entertain me at home.
