Marsha's Story
Life
I met a wonderful man 15 months after the death of my first husband and we married November 17, 2007. Between us we have 7 children and 10 grandchildren. Life is wonderful! I still work at the medical center as office manager but no longer teach part-time.
Fun
Since I didn't see it mentioned in the Q&A, my favorite outdoor activity is riding my Harley. Bet all you wouldn't believe that one huh? My husband bought me a 2003 Sportster and I love it.
College
My attendance at Robeson Community College was for different reasons. My initial step was to acquire a degree ...Expand for more
in accounting and I attended classes at night working toward my degree until the school dropped their accounting program. I also acquired my EMT and EMT-I certifications through this college which I no longer use. After the accounting program was dropped, I began as an instructor in the continuing education division for the medical classes. I have taught Medical Terminology, Medical Coding, Insurance Billing, Pharmacology, Law & Ethics and Patient Computerized Accounting and have loved every minute of it. However, I gave that up..getting too old for all this activity..haha
