Good morning all.  For those of you who say you love summer, have you had enough?

A couple weeks ago I had a Russet potato that got too old to eat. I cut three of the sprouted eyes and planted them. Just for fun. One of them took, so I will have a tater later.
A note on aging. After sitting for a while then getting up to walk, my back hurts until my muscles loosen up and the pain goes away.  But then after walking for a while it starts to hurt again.  But that in between time is

In need of new jeans, I went to Penneys, expecting to get 36 waist. (Down from a high of 42 back when. Surprise! 36 was too big. The last time I could fit into a 34 waist I think was about 50 years ago.
