Marta's Story
Hello.,
I spent the majority of my high school years at Villa Maria High School, but actually attended Brownsville high school for the Fall semester of 1960-1961. I finished high school by correspondence, while I attended TX Southmost College.
I received two degrees in US History and Political Science from Texas A & I University.

rseas for three years for Old Dominion University, for nine years for Corpus Christi ISD, and finished my teaching career of more than 35 years for Bastrop ISD.
I am retired, but active with the YMCA and my three children's families.
I remember Brownsville and the Valley with great fondness...........it was the perfect place to grow up!!!!
