Life
After I graduated from DHS, I moved to New York City, where I got my degree in film from NYU. I worked for a couple years at a photo archive before I joined the Peace Corps, where I worked as an English teacher in a small village in southern Kazakhstan. I then moved to Rochester, NY, where I studied film preservation at the George Eastman House Museum. From there, I moved to Amsterdam, Holland, to work a...Expand for more
t a film preservation laboratory. I then moved to Los Angeles to work for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Film Archive. One of the perks of that job was that I attended the Oscars for three years in a row. That was cool. I am now living in Arusha, Tanzania, working as the Audio-Visual Archivist for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
Life's been good to me so far.
