Tom (Marvin)'s Story
Life
Joined US Army after HS in Mar 69. Retired just short of 21 years in Dec 89. I moved to Florida and worked as the Director of Aircraft Maintenance for Pemco Aeroplex (a large commercial aircraft repair station in Clearwater, FL) until late '91 when I accepted a position to consolidate and manage 4 commercial aircraft parts warehouses for Pemco. I did this until I went to work for for SunJet Int'l Airlines in 95 as the Director of Inventory Control. I Worked for SunJet until August 97 when I accepted positon of Inventory Control Manager for Inter-Tel Technologies. Mitel Technologies (another worldwide telecom company) purchased us in 2007 and I was promoted to a Regional Inventory Control Manager for the Southeast US. I met my wife Connie (and her two wonderful children) in Hawaii and we were married there in 1982. I became a grandfather in 1997 and again in 2000. ( A totally AWESOME event) Becoming a grandparent does not make you old but rather keeps you young! Update: Blessed with a great grandchild in 2025 and just found out that a second great grandchild is due in early 2026.
