Mary Ann's Story
My "story" after graduation is as follows: In 1989, I moved to Boston after accepting a position as a legislative consultant with the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. senior counsel. In 1998, I married my husband Bob (who is also an attorney) and instantly became step-mom to two boys who are now in their 20s. In 2005, my senior counsel position at UniCare was eliminated when Wellpoint merged with Anthem. Later that year, I accepted a position as a civil litigation associate with a small law firm in Boston.
