Life
The year 2007. Not debt free as hoped but not too far in debt either. House is paid off. Not a castle, needs work, but paid for. New car will be one year old in December and so will my daughter. One son, 10 years old, one daugher 11 months old. One dog, 2 rabbits and three cats. Been employed at UVM for almost 18 years now. Won't be retiring for awhile - need to get both kids through college so I'll be working for atleast another 21 years UNLESS I win some big lotto. Well I just wanted to say Hey to ya'll. Military

Ft.Jackson, So.Carolina July 1985. I left on medical discharge Sept. 1985. I did very well while in Basic Training. I was a Squad Leader. I was going to be Medical Supply Specialist. I went in with mixed feelings. I didn't have a college major in mind, I wanted to get away from home, but I also wanted to make my dad proud of me and try to follow in his foot steps. Had I waited a few more years, I think I would have made it a career. I wished I would have entered Military school first. Even though I didn't go far, I'm proud of my effort. I'm very proud of all our military people. If I didn't have asthma or my son, I would go in again.
