Mary Anne's Story
Life
I started practicing dentistry 1984 and retired five years ago. I have two daughters, Elsa 21 and Laura 18. Elsa is now a fourth year senior (one more senior year) at Coastal Carolina University. It was an interesting road for her to get there, but suffice it to say she followed her boyfriend there. He is a baseball player and I have been told Coastal is the best school on the East coast. Laura just graduated from highschool and has decided to join the work force until she gets clear on a future career. Gregg and I have been married for nearly 30 years now. I still play my flute, and sing in the church choir. My dad passed away in 1991 and mother passed in June...Expand for more
of 06, she was 86! We still have one parent (Gregg's mom) that we are caring for. She has Alzheimers and we have found a wonderful living facility for her. It is quite the challenge though being almost empty nest and now a parent to my husband's parent.
Since I retired from dental practice I have been partnering with other entrepenuers and have created an life changing income. I am now teaching others how to do the same thing and it has been a blast! It is so much fun being able to show others how they can realize their dreams.
My sister Loralu is still in Amarillo and she has retired from medical practice. She now lectures all over the nation about Alzheimers.
