1960 when Mary was the most popular girls name, I have always ended up being "the other Mary" in the room. Problem now is if someone is addressing Mary, I don't answer because I'm waiting to hear, "No, not you, the other Mary" I hate political correctness, and I refuse to use it. It pisses me off, like now we have to use 6 syllables to say "blind" (vis-u-all-ee im-paired). Hell, I could say "blind as a bat" in less time! It just grinds my gears, and I wish all these "victim mentalities" would just flush their Prozac and succumb to the dictates of their obvious depression and poor self-images. I am so, and have always been so in love with Elton John! And the Beatles, Bee Gees, and all the others listed in my favoirte music. Music is my life's blood, I couldn't live without it. Needless to say, God, with his dastardly sense of humor, made me a total no-talent, so I am forever doomed to singing in the shower with my cats howling in harmony (or is it protest?).
