Mary's Story
Husband Doug Louk, Kempsville HS Class of 1976
Kids are out of the house (but not off the payroll yet). I work for High Point OB/Gyn part time right now.
My oldest son Chris is 34 married ,he and his wife Rachael are dancers with Disney World in Orlando( Festival of the Lion King in Animal Kingdom). My middle child Brandon is 30 and graduated from NYU, and is currently a peace officer at the MET museum in NYC. My youngest is Erin,a recent graduate of University of South Carolina in Columbia and will graduate from medical school at VCOM in blacksburg,class of 2017. We are expecting our first grandchild ...Expand for more

I'm an avid cake decorator with about 20 years of experience and I enjoy quilting and traveling with my husband and adult children.
Happily married to Doug, my WONDERFUL husband of 38 years .
I would like to thank all of my friends at WSHS for all of your support, kindness and friendship during high school. I had some challenges during that time and will never forget the friendships that helped me through my foster care placement at 15, and the difficult adjustment I experienced. Thanks for your hugs, shoulders to cry on and places to sleep when I was alone. I am forever grateful!,
