Matt (Matthew)'s Story
Life
Wife Johanna and I have three kids between us, and a great foster kid who came to us in 2003 -- all adults now. Daughter Sara works for Buchanan County; Son Thom with the Sheriff’s Department. Stepson Steve begins a new chapter working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line’s Theatre Department; next assignment cruises the Spanish & Mediterranean coasts. Foster-kid Trey is now married. Sara married Jimmy Brewer in 2009; they have a son and daughter; Thom and Karen Clement married several years ago and have two sons.
Now that the young'uns are grown, wife Johanna and I (married in '91) are rediscovering Quality Grown-Up Time, taking occasional day trips and outings, just the two of us (Love the Central Coast, Sierras, and Lake Tahoe). Living on Bethel Island, in the Northern CA Delta.
Retirement agrees with us.

You can spot me for a few seconds with Will Smith in "The Pursuit of Happyness" (at least in the *wide-screen* DVD version!). My dulcet tones have been heard in commercials, such as Macy's and Meridian Chardonnay. 2006: Appeared as a plainclothes cop in an episode of the ABC Television series "The Evidence" (unbilled: if you blinked, you probably missed me!), with Orlando Jones and Rob Estes, and can be seen as a juror in an e...Expand for more

I'm the voice of the little "Magician" dude).

Moved to California in 1982, working at KWUN (for old KKJO boss Greg Everett, who passed away in 2008) and "KISS-FM" in Concord . Military
Does sophomore ROTC count? Probably not. Was #333 in the Draft Lottery, and my family subsequently needed me more than the military did. Hats off to all you veterans...
