Matt's Story
Wow! I would need a lot of space to tell about my last 30+ years but to make this easy I have 4 children who are now grown. I moved to Boston last week for the University of Phoenix. I have been with the school for the last 5 years and it has been a great adventure. I will add more later but for now this is where I leave you hanging. :)
Does everyone realize that we have been out of high school almost twice as long as we were old when we graduated. It is amazing how much we went through in those first 18 years and now we have been out of school 33. That is simply amazing. I still feel like I am 18. Well except that my body doesn't recover from injuries near as fast.
I was in CR until 6 years ago. I moved to Arizona to help my mom who has some medical issues. She passed away almost one year ago. I found a "home" at UoP and the career change has been the best thing that I have done in a long time.
I have been an umpire for the last 10 years although I won't be umping here in Massachusetts. Not enough time and way to much to see and do.

ungest live in CR. My oldest daughter is a Junior at Iowa and the youngest is at Kirkwood and works for her mom. The boys are not married which is a good thing because I would hate to have to be called grandpa. Actually, that would be ok but it looks like it may be a while.
My oldest brother is the voice of Halo the game and is on Broadway. My next brother is in Maine. My older sister live in Dallas and my little sister who some of you may remember is in Temecula and works in San Diego.
I like to spend time traveling or exploring. The pictures I am posting are from Mexico. I stay in touch with a few high school friends and would like to see everyone soon at a reunion. I guess that would be the 35th in a couple of years.
A couple of mine and probably your good friends have passed recently. One that really is hard to believe is Steve Meier last week. Incredible.
I hope life has treated you all well and that you have been blessed with everything you have hoped for. I know that I have been down some rough roads but life is great and I really wouldn't change a thing...
I hope to hear from you soon...
