Matthew's Story
Life
I went to Madison Cross Roads. I also played offensive line..#63 baby! I went to Calhoun Community College the next Aug. I walked on at the Unversity of North Alabama and came home had foot surgery from a previous injury from high school. I went back to the University of North Alabama had several more foot sugeries and finished with a B.S. in Fitness Management w/ a minor in Business Admin.
I then continued into graduate school and graduated December '06 with my M.A. in Health Promotion and Hum...Expand for more
an Performance. During this time I also became an ACSM certified Personal Trainer. I am currently doing Personal Training until I have a Hospital Wellness Position. I am currently studying to get my ACSM Health and Fitness Instructor certification too.

Workplace
