At JAJHS, I wrote a column for the local paper called "Jerusalem Avenue Junior High School News." I was also a bowler at the time, and remember carrying the 16-pound orb to school. Our table was frequently broken up by more law-abiding teachers, and we were exiled, the members of the table split up, and assigned to girls tables, where we, presumably, wouldn't get into trouble. We all learned then, that the girls were happy to make just as much, if slightly different, trouble.
