Daniel's Story
Life
Born and raised in Chester. Lived at 1136 Walnut St with my sisters Jerry and Mary Ann. Graduated from Chester HS 6 Jun 1961.
Joined the Air Force 6 Jul 1961. Spent 12 years enlisted and 15 years as an officer. Served in Turkey (twice) and Vietnam, as well as Texas (three times), New Hampshire, Nebraska (twice), Missouri, California, Alabama (two temporary duties), Virginia, and Colorado (twice).
Married the former Mary Zabrowski of Omaha and we have four daughters (Theresa, Jeanette, Margaret, and Martha), 6 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, and 3 great-granddaughters..
Retired from the Air Force in 1988 and went to work for General Electric Aerospace (which became Martin Marietta, then Lockheed Martin).

Elected as Township Supervisor in November 2003, re-elected in November 2009 and 2015. Was Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for eight years. Am currently Vice-Chair of the Board of Supervisors. Retired in 2022.
I am the Towamencin Township Emergency Management Coordinator, and a member of the Towamencin Volunteer Fire Company. Have traveled the length and breadth of this country.
Enjoy time with my grandchildren when I can do it. Also involved in flying radio-controlled model airplanes. I am a genealogist, and model train buff.
We have traveled far and wide over this great country of ours. I am only missing three states, one of which is Hawaii. Plan to solve that problem soon.
Wife passed away in July 2019.
