Mercedes's Story

Life I started at SSA my Sophomore year and graduated in 1996. I then went to Chapman University (near LA) for 3 years, and graduated from CU Boulder in the year 2000, at which time I got married to Reid Downie, a computer guy I met at Chapman. Starz Denver International Film Festival for 4 years now, for which I work half of the year as Program Coordinator. That means I organize the information on all the films (director, plot, country, etc...) for the staff, and then take care of the ever changing schedule. My main thing, though, is screenwriting, but I haven't sold anything yet!
