Melanie's Story
Life
I graduated high school in 1981. I am now 45 years old and I live in Greensboro, NC with my husband and our youngest child, Chance (age 12). My older children Chasity & Chad are on their own and we are very proud of their accomplishments. Chasity (age 26) lives in Georgia with her husband and she is in law school. Chad (age 23) is in the US Coast Guard stationed in Maryland. I currently work for State Farm Insurance as a licensed insurance agent. School
Attended Saline High School in Saline, Louisiana where I lived with my grandmother from 4th through approximatly half of my senior year. During my senior year my mother who lived in Houma, Louisiana became very sick and I moved down there to help with my younger siblings. I finished out high school and graduated at Terrebonne Christian Academy. Several years later in my life, I obtained an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.
