Life
Life is all about children at my house. We're foster adopt parents for drug affected babies with two adoptions under our belt and another in the works. So far we have Ian Joshua Duncan Ostman born in 1998, adopted at 5 days old and Keegan Sean Christopher Ostman born in 2002, adopted at 17 days old. They were both exposed to methamphetamines.
Many more foster families are needed! We just have to turn down a three month old boy tonight because we already have four children in diapers and just can't take another. n Ostman who was first placed as a foster child when he was 14 months old is our latest addition. He starts kindergarten in the fall.
Our girls, Hana and Miriam are both 3 years old right now (they're 6 months apart in age). Their adoptions will be complete this summer.
We're working on converting a craft room into another bedroom with the hopes of adopting another girl or at least accepting more foster children. We're out of bedrooms right now!

frightening thing is about to happen on Halloween; our oldest is hitting double digits, 10 years old! Makes me feel old.........
