Melinda's Story
Life
Okay the picture is of me and Jen when we were like 16, but you know what I was looking through my old pictures recently and man I have pictures of some of you at like 12 years old. which is really trippy. but anyway......And the other one is me now well except axe the ex.....lol.. Peace!
School
School what can I say about school, I wasn't there much...LOL..and I really found myself in a wonderful group of friends whom I still treasure...But I remember the parties for sure and some of you out there I won't say anything about the funny and really stupid things that happened at those parties..LOL..But I really miss seeing those faces down the hall, even the girls and guys that I really didn't care for, I even miss them too...I had a great experience and it is a time I will look back fondly at..I really miss acting immature, like when me and some of my good friends went down the street in a car shirtless that was pretty funny...Or when we used to go out to the football games to cheer our team on...That was all really cool...
College
Wow college what can I say it's been a hard ride...I got my AA from...Expand for more
EVCC in 1999 emphasizing on Education and Business...Then I went to the UW where I will recieve my BA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Society, Ethics and Human Behaviour with a minor in Business Admin and Education, in the Fall of 2003. I only need that darn Statistics course that I have dreaded since the on set...Anyway I was involved in many extracurricular activities like working on the UW Daily newspaper, and volunteering at the Blood bank drives as well as helping with campus politics...I also stage managed a play and sang in the University Choir...It's been a lot of fun but a lot of work I am glad it's almost done...
Workplace
I started working as a realtor in 1999, for the simple reason I wanted to buy a home and wanted to know how to do it and legally what my rights were..Anyway it turned into a part time job then a full time job, then a job I was working way too much at and found myself running ragged!!!!I now work for Windermere as a transaction/marketing coordinator and realtor so I get the best of both worlds...Still get to sale on the side and a stable paycheck who could ask for more...
