We have Jim, 24, Audrey, 21, and Chris, 14. Jim is in Capistrano, Audrey in New York (acting, no less) and Chris just started high school. He is a special-needs teen, and was recently diagnosed with autism to join his longstanding bipolar disorder. His courage makes me very proud.

One thing I've discovered in middle age is better health. I've lost a ton of weight over the last 10 years and actually seek out exercise! Imagine! I am far healthier now than in my 30's.
