Life
Hi guys = Its been hectic here lately. (But I imagine we all are...) I just took a job as the Program Manager working on the Secure Boarder Initative to help curb illegal immigration. Its a great job - very hi-viz - but the 2 hour commute to VA is getting a bit old already! But Dave and I are happy living in Mt Airy so I guess I'll keep it up for a while longer!
We'll celebrate our 13th Anniversary on January 22, 2007. Can't believe how time flies!
Scratch all that - it's now one year later and I quit my job and changed from the Army MPs to the Army JAG Corps and I go back on active duty in a few months. Dave and I are still living in Mt Airy and LOVE it - 14 years together coming up!!

while my husband attended Harvard Business School. Then it was my turn to go to school so I went to Law School - 14 years later than I thought but better late than never!! LOVED IT!
Now I work for a sub-contractor to Boeing working on the Secure Border Initative Program (SBINet) as a Program Manager. It's an interesting job with wild hours and a lot of travel. Luckily we're working on the Southern border first so my tan is coming along nicely - still a farmer's tan though since I can't work in a bathing suit!! I'm sure I'll feel differntly when we start on the Northern Border! Yikes.
Otherwise, we stay busy with the property we purchased back in Howard County 2 years ago. It's only 4 acres but has a pond, a stream, a 3 stall horse barn and we have 3 dogs and 4 goats. Randy gave us the goats - thanks, bro!
UPDATE 2009 - Back on active duty as a JAG Officer, still commuting to northern VA, bt now Dave commutes in with me so we take the HOV lanes and it's only an hour or so! Still loving life even if we can't figure what we want to be when we grow up!!
