Well,after three years at ESA I decided I had was over the commute and spent the last two years at CDHS.After that it was on to Carleton University as was expected of me by the parents. anted to be when I grew up. A pastry chef. Took a basic course at George Brown and then enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa followed by Paris.Returned to Toronto where I tried to find myself in various food related jobs. Ended up in Japan working in a bar and eventually owning my own. Lately have been exploring the possibility of homemade bagels out here in the boonies of rural Japan.
