Life Immediately after graduating from Boston University, I married my husband Alan. He finished up med school and I worked as mutual fund accountant. We had our first child, Debbie, at Boston City Hospital. The Air Force paid Alan's way through school, so he went on active duty after his internship. His first assignment was Minot, ND! During our 1.5 years there, we had another girl, Laura. Then we moved to Germany, for 2.5 years, where we had yet another girl, Sarah. Then back to Boston for 10 months, so Alan could get a masters in Public Health at Harvard as part of his residency in Aerospace Medicine. We then moved to San Antonio for a year, where Alan finished his residency at Brook AFB. Then 4 years in Alamogordo, NM, 3 years in Georgia at Robins AFB, 3 years at Edwards in California, 10 months at Maxwell in Alabama, 2 years at Travis AFB in California.
